Place is recommended for big groups specially during their off peak season. Place is clean, well maintained, has a good security in place with good wifi. Office staff are accommodating. Will definitely come back.
Though a lot of hotels and resorts already exists around SBMA, for us, Vacation Villas is still the best place to stay. It is situated on the secured and exclusive Subic Homes area which will give you a home away from home vibe. The 3-bedroom house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons and you can bring your own food and cook. Each house is equipped with own garage (which can accommodate up to 2 cars), aircon, broadband wifi which is very fast, a Smart TV (which is good if you want to watch Netflix / Youtube), kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, rice cooker, refrigerator, electric burner, hot/cold shower, towels and basic toiletries. Reservation is easy and check-in/out is smooth. Just be careful not to break / misplace anything since they will charge you for it. Also, keep the place clean.
Cleanliness is okay though there are some dust lurking on the aircon filters.
There is playground and convenience store nearby where you can buy your supplies such as water, chips and ice cream.
Easy to find if you have your own vehicle. Not recommended if you are on a commute since you need to ride a taxi to reach this place.
Overall, our experience is great that we will definitely stay here again.
I liked most the house itself because it's really a relaxing place to stay even for a short time and the amenities offered like the free use of swimming pool, though it's a common pool, the board games at the office, which the kids enjoy to play, the very accommodating staff, kids enjoy the fun they had during their stay at Subic home vacation villas. it's really a quiet place and far from the noisy surrounding. You'll feel the silence or peace and serenity of the place even for a while, also it is enjoyable . we are planning to come back there before the year ends.
A rainy Saturday and a perfect place to relax with your family and love ones. I really recommend the villas! Give you 10 for the rooms and the staff were very accommodating. There's also a swimming pool for kids and grilling area at the villa where you can grill bbq and hotdogs ❤️💕👏👏👏👏👏
