From the North Luzon Expressway, take the SCTEx exit (right after the Dau exit). After the toll booth, stay on left lane towards the direction of Subic Bay. Stay on SCTEx all the way to the end (Tipo exit). Leaving SCTEx will take you directly to the Subic Bay Expressway. Take it all the way to the end. Keep left as you near the end of the expressway. At the traffic light, turn left. At the next intersection, turn left again. Follow this road for about 4 kilometers, taking you through the golf course. You will see the Vacation Villas at Subic Homes Front Office on your left side. Watch out for the directional signs of Vacation Villas at Subic Homes once you reach the end of Subic Bay Expressway. From Balintawak to Subic via SCTEx is approximately 160 km. and is less than 2 hours drive.   

Vacation Villas at Subic Homes is located in Binictican Heights, right in the heart of Subic Bay Freeport, at the edge of the forest. Vacation Villas at Subic Homes is merely a few minutes’ drive to various attractions such as the Subic International Golf Club, Pamulaklakin Forest Trails, the Subic Bay Yacht Club, Duty Free Shopping centers and other recreational facilities.    

All units are fully-furnished with fully air conditioned system, hot and cold water and cable TV. The kitchens are provided with cooking and dining utensils. The bedrooms are provided with bed and bath linens. Each unit also has a Utility Room with Toilet and Bath for your driver or maid and has its own garage and garden.

Vacation Villas at Subic Homes’ recreational facilities includes swimming pool, a basketball court, park and playground.

Vacation Villas at Subic Homes’ units are fully renovated. The units are very clean, comfortable and are very spacious. Each unit has its own garden so you can also stay or cook outdoors, if you wish.    

A 3-bedroom house is good for six (6) persons.
A 4-bedroom house is good for eight (8) persons.

Kids below 12 years old are free of charge (limited to 3 only) bed sharing with adults. 

Up to four (4) extra mattresses per unit may be requested; each mattress comes with a sheet, pillow and a bath towel.  First 2 mattresses is PHP 500/EACH/NIGHT and PHP 750/NIGHT/EACH for succeeding mattressess. 

Only one (1) person shall be allowed to stay in the Utility Room.

Note: Vacation Villas at Subic Homes have the right to inspect the leased units to ensure that the above policy is adhered to.    

Yes. Each unit is provided with complete kitchen implements.    

The housing area is about 15 minutes’ drive from All Hands Beach and about 25 minutes to Camayan Beach Resort. 

If you inform us of your tour schedule before your arrival, we can make arrangements with the Tourism Department to provide a certified tour guide for you. 

To confirm your booking 50% deposit is required for guaranteed reservation, the Front desk officer will be sending you a reservation letter. Bank details and other necessary information are included there. Or you may email your inquiry at subichomesinc@gmail.com.

Yes, we accept Visa and Master Cards for the settlement of your account.    

It is the policy of the company that all rental charges for the units are settled in cash or acceptable credit cards upon checking-in.    

Check-in time is 2pm while check-out time is 12nn the following day. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed with corresponding charge of PHP 500/Hour depending on the availability of the unit.    

In the interest of the safety and comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed in Vacation Villas at Subic Homes

The electric voltage is a combination of 110/220v.    

Aside from the Law Enforcement Officers at the checkpoints, Vacation Villas at Subic Homes has its own Internal Security personnel who conduct continuous 12-hour roving activity from 7PM to 7AM.    

Yes, aside from the space in the garden of each unit, there is a playground and swimming pool within the area.
